To make eggs even more kid friendly, roll a bit of scrambled eggs and cheese in a slice of low fat turkey for high protein turkey roll-ups.  These can be made ahead of time and popped in the microwave for a quick melt of the cheese.  This fast healthy breakfast is sure to please.
